Ah, admittedly, with the excitement of the end of exams and preparing for several gatherings in the near future, I have neglected to say anything online. This time of year always seems to zip on by. It's not quite summer vacation yet, but the weather screams that it's summer, and I think everyone is left feeling like they're ready to school to be finished.

Alas, there's still more time to endure. But we're almost there.

An, Yukari - Kenya and I were talking about having a rematch and we thought it might be fun to play mixed instead. Would the two of you be interested?

The final consensus from my sister came in and for her birthday she would like to have a BBQ party at the beach. We are planning on Saturday, the 30th. We're supposed to have pretty cloudy weather this week, but the sun is supposed to come out on that day. Temperature-wise it will be great. We will have a contingency plan in place just in case something drastic happens, but I'll monitor the forecast this week and update if we need to go with the contingency plan.

We promise good food, booze, a slip-and-slide, and off to the ocean for you if you misbehave. :) We will also be sure there will be water guns, so those of you with competitive natures will have an outlet to channel that energy.

We would love all of you to be there.

He did try to claim my sister, so I would imagine that we would partner up unless my sister has a different thought in mind. But she likely won't mind the idea of trying to pummel me instead.

Great. We'll love to have you there. It sounds like Tanegashima-san is going to bring sea-doos for even more fun. They seem like something Kenya would enjoy.

That's what I was thinking. We will be lucky if he even comes back to the beach. It will likely just be downhill from here.

Just your smiling face is necessary. If there are any particular beach items that you like to have, then I would bring those just in case I haven't thought of everything. Otherwise we will make sure that you leave full and drunk if that is your thing. :)
